Recruiter Audit Companion

Recruiter Audit Companion is a Chrome extension that reduces repetitive spreadsheet work in recruiting quality and compliance audits. Administrators choose a primary-key field for each worksheet and may configure a different Google Form and field mapping for every sheet. Sheets without a Form remain usable for browsing and record tracking.

Google Sheets connections use read-only access. Users may alternatively import an XLSX, XLS, or CSV workbook that stays within their Chrome profile. An optional configured HTTPS destination can link a record to Workday or another recruiting system.

Recruiter Audit Companion helps authorized users browse records from a user-selected Google Sheet or locally imported workbook, open a category-specific prefilled Google Form, reopen an existing audit response, track audit status, generate local Excel reports, and follow an optional configured destination link.

The extension may process Google Sheet rows with read-only permission, locally imported workbook content, local configuration and mappings, opaque local record identifiers, Google Form edit-response URLs, and audit workflow status.

The extension does not request or read passwords, Google cookies, general browsing history, Workday sessions, or unrelated Google Form content.

Google Sheet row data is processed in the extension and is not persistently cached for Google Sheets sources. An imported workbook is parsed on-device and stored only in that Chrome profile.

Mapped values are disclosed to Google only when the user opens or submits the configured Google Form. Configuration, mappings, audit status, and saved-response links remain in extension-local storage. Report filtering, preview, and Excel generation run locally; downloaded reports remain on the user's device until deleted. Manually entered Google Form answers are not read or included in reports. The extension has no tenant backend, telemetry, advertising, or remote AI integration.

Data is used only to provide the recruitment audit workflow. It is not sold, used for advertising, used to determine creditworthiness, or transferred to unrelated third parties.

Saved Form response links remain accessible only within the Chrome profile that captured them. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Users control local configuration and response-link retention. Users can remove sensitive local audit state using Clear local audit cache, remove an imported workbook in Settings, or remove all local extension data by uninstalling the extension.

The extension uses HTTPS, Google OAuth, minimum Chrome permissions, restricted extension origins, a strict content security policy, and opaque local record identifiers. No remotely hosted JavaScript is executed.
